ABOUT TMS CLEANING
TMS Cleaning was founded in 2015 by Managing Director Thomas Devine and became a limited company in 2017. Tom also owns and runs the successful TMS Protection Ltd which is a Maidstone-based security company. TMS Cleaning specialises in commercial, retail, and leisure cleaning services across Maidstone and the Kent area, we currently supply staff to many local and national companies.
TMS Cleaning employs a sufficient number of dedicated cleaners which enables us to complete the most challenging of cleaning contracts. Our professional team of cleaners covers Kent, and the South East area. Our business is based in Maidstone.

Our cleaning operatives will work in accordance with your company policies and guidelines, such is our commitment to providing an exceptional cleaning service each of our staff is subjected to full security vetting.
Other services include retail unit and hospitality cleaning; restaurants, nightclubs, and pubs we also provide regular domestic cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, and property maintenance.

TOM DEVINE
Managing Director
Tom is the founder of TMS Cleaning Ltd and his commitment to the business has been vital for its growth into meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations.
Tom served as a Police Officer with Kent Police and has implemented the skills and knowledge gained during this time in the business model.
Tom is also a director of TMS Cleaning’s big brother company TMS Protection Ltd, who are a highly respected supplier within the Security industry.
Tom enjoys going to the gym, playing football and spending time with his family.
Quintin Coetzer
Contracts Manager
Quintin oversees our cleaning operations across all contracts and is responsible for ensuring we meet our KPIs, which typically include maintaining high standards of cleaning, compliance, and conduct.
Quintin is focused on the well-being of our stakeholders and the essential relationships between clients and staff. Quintin takes immense pride in the success and growth of the staff under his management and is Keen for TMS cleaning to be known as a company that always delivers on its promises.
Georgie Powell
Senior Operations Manager
Georgie has vast experience and knowledge in Planning and Operational Strategies and, in addition, holds various qualifications, including Community Policing Volunteer, First Aider Trained to First Responder Level, and Level 5 in Crowd Management.
Georgie is responsible for shift allocation and the day-to-day management of our operational staff located within Kent. Georgie works hard to create a culture of outstanding service.
In addition, Georgie is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our cleaning contracts are adhered to and staffed according to our client agreements.
In her spare time, Georgie loves spending time with her son.
TMS Cleaning and its employees will always conduct their selves professionally and courteously and work in conjunction with our customers, and other contractors for the duration of the contract.
During such time TMS Cleaning will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that the client’s health & safety policy along with their specific cleaning requirements are adhered to at all times.

Each team operating under the instruction of the client will consist of a supervisor and a group of fully trained professionals who will be made aware of their roles and responsibilities before the commencement of the contract. All staff shall wear high-visibility clothing so that they are identifiable to customers and staff.
While TMS Cleaning needs to assess issues as stated above, we will be put into place within full compliance to the venue/site’s own separate risk assessment so as the two run transparently.
This will ensure the end product being an enhanced, complete assessment of risk to the public, staff, and valuables on the premises.

During the fast-moving, ever-developing, and potentially high-risk environment of maintaining Health & Safety standards within our industry, TMS Cleaning will ensure our staff adheres to our guidelines.
These procedures are part of the agreement to be adhered to before TMS Cleaning will consider the applicant’s services. On commencement of a contract for services, a Senior Management representative of TMS Cleaning will carry out a full risk analysis of each site/venue.
